Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Guest access :

Entire property – Minimum stay: 3 nights

• 4★ hotel-quality bedding in all bedrooms
• 6 bedrooms, including 3 principal suites
• 8 beds (5 queen-size beds, 3 single beds) – sleeps up to 13
• 4 bathrooms (4 showers, 1 bath)
• Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion
• 5 WCs
• High-speed fibre internet
• Private parking for up to 5 cars

Number of guests:

Maximum 12

Check-in and check-out:

Self check-in from 5 pm

Check-out by 12 noon

House rules:

We ask guests to respect the property and our neighbours. No parties. No pets.

Rates and fees :

€350 per night

A fixed cleaning and laundry fee of €300 is added to the cost of the stay.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Tourist tax is charged, where applicable, at the current rate.

Booking and payment :

All booking requests are subject to confirmation by us.

Once availability has been confirmed, you will receive an email summarising your stay, including the dates, number of guests, total price and payment details.

Your booking becomes final once you have accepted our General Rental Terms and paid a 30% deposit.

The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation :

If you need to cancel your booking:

• more than 60 days before arrival: all amounts paid will be refunded in full;
• between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit is non-refundable;
• less than 30 days before arrival: the full cost of the stay remains payable.

No refund will be given in the event of an early departure or no-show.

We recommend taking out travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

Security deposit :

A €700 security deposit is required before arrival and will be refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage, missing items or other exceptional costs.
